Modern and bright apartment recently renovated, in the heart of Saragozza neighborhood, one of the most charming residential area in Bologna.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building in a neighborhood that is well connected to the city center, the Main Hospital, the Dall'Ara Stadium and the Unipol Arena. The entrance opens onto a hallway that welcomes guests with a comfortable bench with two shelves for storing shoes and a mirrored closet. The living area consists of a living room furnished with a single sofa bed, a dining table and a TV, that is directly connected to a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, the first one featuring a queen-size bed, an armchair, a closet and a desk, the second one with two single beds which can be put together making a queen-size bed, a dresser, a clothes rack and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Bologna central train station is 3,5 km from the apartment, while the airport is less than 15 minutes away by car.
