Tastefully furnished apartment inside a newly built building in the heart of Bologna.

The apartment, located on the third floor easily accessible by elevator, opens onto the bright open-plan living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and an open kitchen complete with everything needed for cooking.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed with direct access to the terrace shared with the living room, fitted with an extra washer and dryer. A bathroom with a large shower completes the layout.

Guests will have air conditioning in all rooms and central heating for colder days.

Don't miss Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, that of the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the many museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, and ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.

The central train station and the airport can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
