The very well maintained and beautifully landscaped garden is a true oasis of relaxation. Enjoy balmy, Italian summer nights with a glass of wine - even at night, the garden is a feast for the eyes: illuminated olive trees and the view of the lake ... simply fantastic!

The house is located in a small quiet residential area on the edge of Bolsena. On a small path directly on the lake, you can easily walk to Bolsena. Shops can be found in only about 600m distance. Quiet and yet central.
