The Biancarosa apartment has:

- a spacious double bedroom (with ceiling fan) with balcony overlooking the lake;
- on the ground floor garden for exclusive use with beautiful lake view, deck chairs, umbrella and table with chairs.
All around the house there is a large garden area completely fenced and closed with an automatic gate; a part of the garden is for the exclusive use of the apartment.
Inside the property there are parking spaces reserved for customers and a barbecue area.
The beach can be reached by an 800m long path or by car with a 1500m long road.
The house is located in a panoramic position surrounded by greenery, away from busy roads. Just outside the gate are numerous footpaths for gentle as well as challenging walks.
