Beautiful attic with breathtaking lake view, located in the Residenza Miralago with shared infinity pool and garden, a few steps from the center of Desenzano del Garda and with direct access to the promenade and the public beach. The elegant attic, located on the third and top floor, opens onto a living area furnished with a large double sofa bed, TV, dining table and an open and well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the others with two single beds, all equipped with a spacious wardrobe and private bathroom. A fourth bathroom completes the apartment. The jewel is the outdoor area: a sliding door in the living area opens onto a beautiful and large panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, which offers shade during the day and is equipped with deck chairs and a seating area where you can fully enjoy the colors of Lake Garda. Guests have at their disposal amenities such as a private garage, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a washing machine in the basement of the building. *Residenza Miralago offers its guests a beautiful infinity pool with sun terrace (open from 01/04 to 31/10), a garden, direct access to the promenade and the public beach and a pier for mooring boats.
