The house welcomes its guests with a large, bright and open living room, furnished with a sofa, a flat screen TV, a dining table with chairs and a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Through two French doors, guests access the covered veranda and the garden, also furnished with a dining table with chairs for eight people. An additional toilet completes the floor, which also contains a washing machine. On the first floor there are the sleeping quarters: the first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, from which you can access the private terrace overlooking the courtyards of the residence through a French door. The second bedroom consists of a double bed and a wardrobe, also with a French door that leads to a small balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. A second bathroom with shower and hairdryer is available to guests. The semi-basement is furnished with a double bed and an additional single sofa bed, closets and another small bathroom with shower. From here you can access the garage through a French door. Guests also benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating and the residence's beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool. *The shared swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.
