In a newly built two-family villa with shared swimming pool surrounded by greenery (olive and fruit trees) and a Jacuzzi (with 6 places) on the highest point of the property overlooking the lake, in the green hills of the Valtenesi in an oasis of peace, surrounded by nature trails for lovers of hiking and mountain biking, golf and horse riding, 1 bedroom apartment for a relaxing group or family holiday on Lake Garda. The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, welcomes guests with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and an open kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, citrus press, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. From the living room you go out onto the beautiful private terrace equipped with a table and chairs for lunch and breakfast and a barbecue for preparing good meals! The apartment, with free Wi-Fi internet connection, continues with the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine completes the apartment's facilities. Guests can park their car in the uncovered parking lot of the property. The shared pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Swimming caps are compulsory at the pool.
