The apartment opens onto a bright living area, made warm and cozy by the wooden floor. A French door leads to the balcony, which is equipped with a small table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a large wardrobe and a desk, ideal for accommodating children. A bathroom with shower decorated with mosaic tiles completes the accommodation. *A communal swimming pool is located in the outdoor area of the building and is open from May 1st to September 30th. Guests have access to a private garage with one parking space, located inside the residential complex.
