Beautiful two-storey apartment in the Villa Thea Charming Houses complex, a typical Apulian property with swimming pool and splendid shared outdoor areas, not far from Carovigno and Ostuni. The two-storey apartment "La Duchessa" opens on the ground floor into a room with a well-equipped kitchenette that includes an induction hob, kettle and coffee machine. On the right is the larger bedroom with a double bed, TV and private bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs in front of the entrance, you enter a small living room with a sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed, a second bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower. Guests have at their disposal amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating with heat pump. The apartment also has a terrace, exclusively for our guests, equipped with a table where you can eat outside. The shared outdoor areas are the jewel of the property: large green spaces, a swimming pool with a sun terrace for relaxing and sunbathing and a barbecue area for delicious outdoor meals.
