Beautiful studio with mezzanine, in the Villa Thea Charming Houses complex, a typical Apulian property with swimming pool and beautiful shared outdoor areas, not far from Carovigno and Ostuni. The "La Fattora" studio opens onto an open space furnished with a double sofa bed, TV, dining corner and comfortable armchairs in front of a decorative fireplace. On the right side there is a kitchenette with induction hob, kettle and coffee machine and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads up to the mezzanine with a comfortable double bed and a small stone table with an abat-jour. Guests have at their disposal amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating with heat pump. In addition, the house has a covered terrace, exclusively for our guests, with a small table where they can eat outside overlooking the pool. The shared outdoor areas are the jewel of the property: large green spaces, a swimming pool with sundeck for relaxing and sunbathing and a barbecue area for delicious outdoor meals. Guests also have access to a parking space for one car on the property.
