This villa is part of the Mare Blu holiday complex, located in the heart of the Ostuni coast and featuring various facilities for shared use, such as a large swimming pool, a tennis and soccer field and even a small amphitheater. It is surrounded by a garden and a veranda with sea view, which offers everything you need to relax, including a barbecue for convivial evenings. The bright living room is equipped with a TV, a dining table and a double sofa bed, while the fully equipped kitchen is in the adjoining room. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first is equipped with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with shower, the second with two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom with shower, a laundry room, an outdoor shower and a private parking space. For a relaxing and pleasant stay, guests have all the necessary amenities at their disposal, such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning for the warm Italian days and heating for the colder seasons. *Access to the swimming pool is NOT included in the price. The swimming pool is open from June 10th to September 10th.
