Description

Detached house located in a quiet area about 300 meters from the beach Lu nibaru, reachable on foot through a small dirt path. The center of budoni is about 800 meters and all around the area is served by supermarket, tobacconist, bars and restaurants. Equipped with private parking and private access, the house has a small front garden with patio and outdoor dining area and a small back garden with veranda and outdoor shower. To the south, however, in just 30 minutes you can reach the wonderful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
