The Penthouse extends over the entire rooftop of Residence Ardua ( Ardua = steep from Latin, in this case the steep terrain in which the building was constructed ). The building was built according to the latest standards of climate house NATURE A and has artificial ventilation with heat recovery, special use of acoustic materials and heating with solar system.
