Large house located in the residential area of ??Cala Gonone, just 150 meters from the sea, with access ladder directly on the beach. It consists of two completely independent lodgings within the same structure.The first, with breathtaking sea view, consists of living area with equipped kitchen and sofa bed; the whole living area is equipped with hot / cold air conditioning. The sleeping area is as follows: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or joinable when necessary to create a double bedroom, single bedroom, communicating with a closed veranda, with a single sofa bed that serves as a fourth bedroom and bathroom ; the sleeping area is equipped with a hot / cold air conditioner located in the entrance. The property includes a veranda with table and chairs with a splendid sea view, a courtyard with trees and a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Present: TV and dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.The second accommodation, partially basement, consists of spacious living area with equipped kitchenette, table with benches and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Present air conditioning in the living area.The property includes a veranda with table, chairs and barbecue, a shared outdoor shower, a laundry with access from the courtyard, a further bathroom and three parking spaces.The house is located in a quiet and sunny area with private access for residents only.Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.Kitchenette and dishes to leave clean and tidy; otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied.
