Description
This one-room apartment with around 29m² of living space for two people is on the raised ground floor of a residential house in Centa San Nicolò, in the Campregheri area. The house belongs to an old farm with further buildings. There is a ring of various roads on the Vigolana high plain, called the “I 60km della Vigolana” and can be explored on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback. The house is on this ring. The owner does not live in the house. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided. The apartment is only let out during the summer months and has neither heating nor air conditioning. There is no Internet connection.
The old stone house (built around 1850) consists of two independent holiday apartments on the same floor, with the entrances opposite each other. This is the smaller of the two apartments. It is accessed up two steps. It has a kitchen-diner with hot and cold water, a wood-burning stove, a gas stove, a gas oven, a fridge, a sideboard for crockery and shelving. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 190cm), two bedside tables and reading lamps, a two-door wardrobe, a small desk, blankets and a colour TV. The windowless bathroom comprises a washbasin, a bidet, a shower cubicle and a WC. Hot water is heated in a gas-fired boiler in the corridor. The apartment has a car parking space.
The house is about 5km from Lake Caldonazzo and 12km from the Levico Terme thermal baths. The nearest grocery shop is about 1km away, but if required you can call and the shopping can be delivered for a small supplementary charge.
