The apartments above are situated in one of the structures of the “Villaggio dell’Orologio”: the Residence Braida.
Residence Braida is located in “Viale Santa Margherita”, the commercial avenue artery that crosses parallel to the sea the West Beach, full of shops, which in the evening becomes a lively pedestrian area. Not far from the main facilities of the” Villaggio dell’Orologio”: bureau, restaurant Sporting the reception of miniature golf.
In the surrounding locale you will find yourself in an area that is filled with sport (tennis, sailing, minigolf) and leisure. Within a 15 minute walk you could be taking a stroll through historical old town or in charming Marina of Orologio. Or 30 minutes by car even shopping in some of the most glamorous outlets including, Veneto Outlet Mcarthurglen, Max Mara Max Mara and other famous fashion Boutiques.
The followings residence facilities “Villaggio dell’Orologio” are included: private beach with an umbrella and two chairs; weekly linen change; parking; air conditioning and free admission every Monday at the miniature golf (up to 14 years). Restaurant Sporting also offers the possibility to agree menu of half board, full board or take away for the duration of the holiday.
These apartments of the Residence Braida are composed of three rooms: a comfortable lounge with kitchenette, equipped with large refrigerator and oven, a sofa bed (two separate beds); the double bedroom with third bed and wardrobes; the double room and bathroom with shower.
