Positioned on opposite side of the clay tennis courts, 400 meters from private beach, 1 km only from picturesque old town, the residence Selenis is located in a quiet zone, not far from the main areas of the” Villaggio dell’Orologio”: bureau, restaurant Sporting the reception of miniature golf. In the surrounding locale you will find yourself in an area that is filled with sport, leisure and in charming Marina of Orologio. Or 30 minutes by car even shopping in some of the most glamorous outlets including, Veneto Outlet Mcarthurglen, Max Mara and other famous fashion Boutique. One of the major attractions of this residence is the beautiful pool: placed at the center of a large safe condominium green area, having three relaxing pools, 2 for enjoy kids.
