We are in Madonna delle Grazie in the Capoliveri district, the town that offers the longest coastal stretch of the island, full of equipped sandy beaches and small coves where intimacy and privacy make them a perfect base for lovers of tranquility and relaxation. Our property offers a position that will hardly entice you to reach other locations in the area, in fact it is along the coast, about 250/300 meters from the small beach of Madonna delle Grazie, it also offers a private staircase that leads to a solarium terrace suspended over the sea, waterside, where you can sunbathe, relax with the sea breaking on the rocks. An oasis of nature, the location is in fact not only on the sea, but is also immersed in the dense Mediterranean and native vegetation which make this place a paradise for nature and plein air lovers. The villa is on two floors and offers a total of 8 beds. The upper floor consists of a large living room with sofa area and kitchenette, the first two bedrooms which are both double, a service bathroom and a bathroom with shower cabin. The ground floor is connected by an external staircase, not internal, as if it were an outbuilding of the main house where we find the rest of the sleeping area, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a third bathroom with shower. The strong point is certainly the large outdoor spaces, as well as the private path that leads to the sea. In fact, the upper floor is surrounded by a large terrace, sometimes covered to allow you to fully enjoy the open air even in the hottest hours. A self-respecting house cannot fail to have a unique view of the sea.
