Villa del Rais is the ideal solution for a large family or a group of friends enjoying a holiday at the sea and in complete relaxation. Spreading over two levels, the villa features large and bright spaces. The ground floor houses the living area with access to a terrace overlooking the garden, a well-equipped kitchen with everything guests may need to prepare delicious meals and a toilet. Walking up to the upper floor there is the sleeping area which consists of two bedrooms with a queen size bed each, one bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom with shower. These rooms, together with the living room downstairs, come with air conditioning. Moreover, every bedroom overlooks the terrace, with both garden and sea view.
In front of the villa an outdoor seating area has been furnished where to enjoy the cool afternoon breeze. Moreover, a path leads to the back of the property where there is an annex coming with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed and another one with twin beds. Also this building offers a furnished outdoor area with a table, chairs and garden sofas.
A barbecue area completes the outdoors, together with table football and table tennis.

Carini is located 170 m above sea levels, 20 minutes away from Palermo.
Do not miss a visit to its Castle from the XVI century, even though historical evidence affirms that the oldest parts date back to the Norman period, in the XIX century.
For sea lovers, a few minutes walk from the villa will take you to the beach; we also suggest you to explore the beaches near Terrasini, west of Carini.
You can also reach the capital of Sicily and get lost in its colours, smells and tastes in Ballarò and Vucciria markets, admire buildings in Baroque, Arab-Norman and Byzantine style, explore the Arab-Norman path enlisted in the UNESCO heritage list or go shopping in Via Maqueda and Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

The airport Falcone-Borsellino can be reached with a 8-minutes drive.
