Splendid studio apartment with private veranda, inside the Villa Thea Charming Houses complex, a typical Apulian property with swimming pool and wonderful shared outdoor spaces, not far from Carovigno and Ostuni.

Through a private veranda with pool view, furnished with a table and chairs, guests can access the studio apartment "La Lamia". The entrance opens onto a single space with a comfortable queen size bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette, also fitted with a coffee machine. A bathroom with shower completes the property.

Guests have at their disposal comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and heating with a heat pump.

The shared outdoor spaces are the jewel of the property: large green spaces, a swimming pool with a solarium area where guests can relax and sunbathe, and a barbecue area for delicious outdoor meals.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

“Surrounded by the lush green of the trees planted on slopes”, the town of Carovigno is part of northern Salento, in the province of Brindisi, and is a famous center of olive oil production. The Castle of Carovigno bears the name of the city in which the ancient Carbina was built, and like all fortified monuments it’s the highest part of the area while underground it’s possible to visit the “dungeons” used as cells and cellars. Worth visiting is the historic centre with its four proud towers, three of which are still standing. Not far away there are the churches of the town: the mother church dedicated to the Assunta and the “Chiesa del Carmine', with frescoes from the XVIII century. The city of Carovigno hosts every year the “Press Tour Carovigno' which organizes guided tours, olive harvesting and tastings.

The historic centre of Carovigno is a 5-minute drive away, where guests can find shops and services, as well as the historic centre of Ostuni is a 15-minute drive away. Brindisi and Bari airports can be reached in 35 minutes and 70 minutes respectively.
