Whether you want to explore the historic city centre, relax on the golden sandy beaches or embark on excursions to nearby monuments, this rental house offers the perfect base for enjoying all that Castellammare del Golfo has to offer. • ZTL Parking (Limited Traffic Zone) The house is located in a ZTL which is active during the summer. Our guests have the right to park for free on the day of arrival and the day of departure, for the intermediate days they will have to pay for a pass with their license plate number which authorizes them to circulate in the area. The procedure is simple and cheap, around 15 euros per week. Our guests are free to park in an area other than the ZTL, there are guarded car parks in the area or even free parking on the street. • Transfers Transfers to and from: •Falcone and Borsallino airport; •Birgi airport; •Palermo central station. Thanks to this service you can relax knowing that everything is organised, offering you the convenience of concentrating on travel preparations without additional worries. This service is designed to ensure a smooth transfer from your current location to your next destination, giving you the peace of mind you deserve when departing. • Cleaning The house is delivered clean and a cleaning cost will be charged to our outgoing guests. Our guests can also book for daily, weekly, fortnight cleaning services during their staying. Returning the house "clean" at the check-out is not permitted. We want to make sure that cleaning meets our standards also respect our arriving guests and our own time. • Tourist fee Cuoncil fee called "tassa di soggiorno" which is calculated as follows one fifty per person per night. Applies for people above 12 years old and below 70 years old for the first 7 nights only.
