Description
The holiday house on the raised ground floor is on a quiet street on the edge of the old town of Castellana-Grotte.
The bedroom opens onto a little balcony, from which you can look out over the old town.
When you step into the raised ground floor of the house there is the living room. The rear part of the room there is a dining table for four people underneath stone arches. The kitchen unit is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven and a fridge, as well as a TV with digital channels and a fold-out sofa bed (140 x 190cm) for two people. Stairs lead from the living room up to the first floor, with a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a big wardrobe and a French balcony with a view of the old town. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a washbasin, WC, bidet and glass shower cubicle. The house has air conditioning (warm and cool) that can be regulated. Please note that there is no Internet connection, but the owner can provide one on request.
There is a large, public, free car park about 30 metres away. There are shopping facilities and a range of entertainment within about 300 metres. The Monopoli beach is about 15km away. The typical Italian towns of Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Locorotondo and Matera are easy to get to and worth a visit.
