There is a furnished garden, air conditioning, wifi and a communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Also within the property there is reserved, covered parking space. The complex, located in Cazzago San Martino (BS), is close to the Rovato motorway exit. The location is strategic not only for travelling along the famous ‘Strade del Vino’ (wine routes), but also for discovering the beauty of Lake Iseo, its Torbiere (peat bogs) and, why not, for indulging in a game of ‘Golf Franciacorta’. Although the residence is located in a quiet area, it is only 4 km from the A4 motorway, which allows quick connections to important cities of art such as Venice, Verona, Bergamo and Milan, as well as to all the large lakes in northern Italy. Lake Iseo is 7 km away, Orio al Serio International Airport 20 km.
