Cozy holiday home with terrace located in Cefalù, a well-known seaside location in the north of Sicily.
The house, which can comfortably accommodate 5 people, is the perfect solution for your holidays with family or friends. It is located on the first floor (without elevator) and consists of a living room / kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. But the real gem of the house is the large terrace with views on the green area of the residence that hosts the house: equipped with table and chairs, it is perfect for your relaxation and for outdoor meals.
The living area, from which you have access to the terrace, includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a TV and two sofas that can be converted into single beds if necessary; the sleeping area consists of a triple bedroom with a double bed and single sofa bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower.

Useful information:
The building features an outdoor swimming pool; if you wish to take a dip, the access is to be paid on site.

The wonderful city of Cefalù offers one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It is known for the Norman Cathedral, a XII century fortress-built like structure with elaborate Byzantine mosaic and tall twin towers, nearby the Museo Mandralisca that offers archaeological exhibitions. For an excursion with a sea view, do not miss the Rocca di Cefalù, also known as “U Castieddu” by the locals, a beautiful fortress whose top houses the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù comes with marvelous crystal clear waters and golden beaches for fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where to breathe clear air.

To our guest reaching the island by plane, we suggest to rent a car at the airport of Palermo, and we can provide help and suggestions to get the best deal.
