Located in-between the lake and the mountains, and at only 5 km from downtown Como, the small town of Cernobbio offers significant opportunities for tourism and leisure. In a central but quiet location, on the first floor of a recently renovated traditional residential buildung, we offer this this elegant apartment of 90 m2 with an additional private terrace of 15 m2. The apartment has a master bedroom with en-suite bath and a second bedroom with two single beds, ample cupboards and a separate bathroom with shower. The spacious living room is furnsihed with a double sofa bed and a single bed chair. A live-in kitchen completes the apartment. From the front windows, the balcony and the terrace, one has a magnificent view of Lake Como and the city of Como. The apartment is equipped with modern amenities: TV, washing machine, diswasher, oven, induction cooker, WiFi, air condition and floor heating. The green area of 400 m2, sporting olive trees and jasmine bushes, and the swimming pool of 18 m2 are available for shared use with the other two apartments of the house.  Using some ancient lanes and stairways, the lakefront and the centre of Cernobbio with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops is easily reachable.  The parking lot is directly in front of the house and signed as Nr. 2 on the street side. The house is accessible via a traditional cobblestone road.  The rent comprises the costs for electricity, water, waste disposal and WiFi, and also bed linen and final cleaning.
