Surrounded by the nature on the hills between Tuscany and Umbria, Felci is a cozy country house recently restored with care and taste by the owner. The property is situated close to the village of Fabro, a medieval hamlet, and to the picturesque small town of Città della Pieve. Felci, set in peaceful position in approx 80 acres of woods, meadows and pastures, is divided into 9 apartments in various buildings of the estate. In the central part of the property there is the farm which produces honey, wine, olive oil and breed they typical Chianine cows. In the estate there is also a restaurant (open to public too) where it’s possible to taste typical Tuscan and Umbria dishes. The property also includes an equestrian center, an award-winning breeding of Andalusien horses, a horseback riding school (all levels), and hiking trails. Independent heating.
