Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, this apartment enjoys proximity to Lido di Colico, Lake Como, a tennis court, restaurants and various amenities for a hassle-free stay, all within a driving distance of 5-7 minutes.

Piazza Garibaldi, located near the town centre, is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. Here, you can enjoy soccer fields, sailing and surfing schools. Sentiero Dei Forti, which is a hike around Colico and takes you to the military forts of Forte di Fuentes and Forte Montecchio with sweeping alpine views, is an 8-minute drive from here. Meanwhile, the Abbey of Piona is located at a 20-minute drive away, where apart from extraordinary views of Lake Como, visitors can also taste exquisite liquors made by Piona monks!

The closest international airports are Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa, about 1 hour 30 minutes away from the holiday rental.Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
