A stunning 4 bedroom property for 7 guests in Colonno with private terrace and panoramic lake views!

Felice Sul Lago is a townhouse situated in Colonno in the centre of Lake Como and also the beginning of ‘The Green Way of the Lake’, a walking path with gives travellers the chance to explore the Central Western Shore of the lake finishing in Griante.

On the ground floor – the hallway leads of to a laundry room with washing machine and a separate service toilet with W.C. & hand basin. Then there are stairs to the first floor which is where the properties 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located.

Bedroom 1 and 2 are connected and are in tandem to one another and work as a family suite to one another, bedroom 1 offers a double bed and bedroom 2 a bunk bed. The suite also has a pop up baby bed as and when required (guests would need to bring their own sheets for this). Bedroom 3 has a double bed. On the same floor is the properties two bathrooms, the first is a complete bathroom suite with a shower unit, WC and basin. The second bathroom has a shower and basin only.

Leading on to the second floor we have the properties beautifully decorated living room featuring a fireplace, 3 person sofa and 2 single chairs, flat screen TV, with International Channels and DVD Player. The living room also boasts a balcony with stunning lake views. The living room also offers a dining table for 7 persons. The properties kitchen is in a separate room off of the living/dining area and features a range cooker with gas hob, electric kettle, microwave and a full crockery and dining set, perfect for a self catering holiday.

On the second floor there is also the 4th bedroom which has a single bed and there is the option for an additional single bed to be made up, guests please ensure to let us know that this is required.

The third floor of the property is the real jewel in the crown – the private roof terrace with a BBQ, sun loungers and the opportunity to eat out doors. The property also benefits from being on the lake shore provide a real feeling of being on the water. There is also an outdoor lounge area which is in a shaded position perfect for a break from the midday sun during the summer months.

The property does have private parking and for guests wishing not to have a car this property is accessible to the main bus route on the lake offering services to the North and to Como in the South.

The property has a fixed line Wi-Fi, dishwasher, bluetooth music system, electric iron and -board. Baby high chair. Plus a handy luggage cart to catch the luggage from the car.
