Description

The holiday house is in Costa Rei, on an elegant villa estate very close to the beach. It is an end-of-terrace house and provides 55 m² of living space on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to six people. The living room is spacious and furnished with a sofa bed for two people. A fireplace exudes a cosy atmosphere. It is a modern fireplace with an aspiration system that prevents the formation of smoke. The firewood can be provided by the owners for a fee. There is a flatscreen TV above it with a satellite receiver, including German programmes, and a DVD player. The cooking niche has an open layout and a modern kitchen block, equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge-freezer. Next to the living room there is the first bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. The elegant bathroom has a shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Stairs next to the kitchen space lead up to the gallery with a second bedroom, furnished with a further double bed (160 x 190 cm, on request also as two single beds) and a dresser. In order to provide the best possible protection for small children, you can reliably restrict access to the gallery below with a staircase grille. The air conditioning in the living room can cool and heat the whole house. On the front side of the house there is a generous veranda, ideal for enjoying meals or simply ending the day with a glass of fine wine. The barbecue area with a brick-built grill is available for sociable grill evenings. On the rear side there is a further, smaller veranda with a laundry area with a washing machine and a stone washing trough. There is also an outdoor shower with warm water, which is especially convenient when you come back from the beach. There is a garden on site with a green lawn and Mediterranean plants. You can relax here on the deckchairs that can be set up either in the sun or in the shade. These are to be used however only locally and may not be taken along to the beach. Cars can be parked on the drive in front of the house. A safe is available for storing your valuables. WLAN is available free of charge, but limited to 5 GB per week. If you need a higher volume of data, please let us know when you book. The highlight of the holiday house is the direct access to the beach just 30 metres away, so you only need beach shoes and a towel to enjoy the summer. There are some beach bars where you can have breakfast with a view of the sea, which is very calm especially in the mornings. You can hire a parasol and loungers at one of the beach facilities, or use the free areas. There are a diving school and a sailing school nearby, as well as boat hire. It is about 400 metres to a general shop, a newspaper kiosk, a restaurant-pizzeria, a pharmacy and a little shopping centre. The owners can inform you about restaurants and agriturismi where you can sample local cuisine and wines. The capital of Sardinia, Cagliari, is not far away and definitely worth a visit. Q4787
