Holiday accommodation renovated in 2013 and furnished in a Sicilian style, in a mountainous landscape and near the beach The holiday accommodation for up to six people was recently renovated and reflects the classical and traditional Sicilian style. The ground floor has a living and dining room with an adjoining cooking niche, with a fridge, crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery and table cloths. On this floor there are also a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 180cm) and a bathroom with a WC, shower and bidet. The upper floor is accessed up stairs and comprises a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed (160 x 190cm), and a bathroom with a WC, shower and bidet. A supplementary single bed can be added to each of the two bedrooms, as well as a children’s bed. Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, an iron and a clothes horse are provided free of charge. There is an 80-litre hot water boiler. Both bedrooms and the living room are fitted with air conditioning and a heat pump. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge throughout the site. The holiday accommodation is in the historical centre of town, an ideal place for those who love the sea and mountains. You can find a supermarket, a bakery, a bar, a pizzeria, a restaurant, pharmacy, ATM, bank, post office and souvenir shop right nearby. You can step out onto a balcony on the upper floor and there is also a little garden with a pergola, a table and chairs. There is also free Internet access here. There are free parking spaces on the street opposite the house or on the public car park 100 metres away. The site is enclosed, so it is suitable for families with children.
