In the prestigious "Green Residence" in Desenzano del Garda, a few steps from the beach and the lake, spacious 2 bedroom apartment for a group or family holiday for up to 5 people! The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a living room consisting of a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, a flat screen TV and an open kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, citrus press and coffee machine. From the living room you go out onto the private terrace equipped with table and chairs for breakfast and lunch outdoors! The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway that leads to the two bedrooms, consists of two bedrooms. The first is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, the second has a bunk bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine completes the equipment of this apartment. The "Green Residence" has a shared swimming pool, available from June 15th to September 15th. Swimming caps are required. A baby cot and a child seat can be provided for a small additional charge. Small pets are allowed on request.
