Located in a nice building, very close to the lake and the city centre of Desenzano del Garda, a spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with lake view, ideal for a relaxing holiday up to 6 people.

The apartment welcomes guests onto the bright living room, featuring a sofa bed for two, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs; the living room gives access to the private lake view terrace, provided with an outdoor dining table with chairs for lunches and dinners with a stunning view!
The kitchen is fully fitted with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dish washer, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster; the kitchen also gives access to a private balcony. The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms, both very spacious and comfortable and provided with two queen size beds and wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, wash basin, bidet and WC. Our guests will also find barbecue facilities outside. The air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway will be at guests' disposal.

Guests will benefit from a public parking outside the property.

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.
In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail.
In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

The cultural delights of Verona and its airport can also be reached in just 30 minutes by car.
