A brilliant name, for an outstanding apartment, located within a prestigious condominium with swimming pool, at just 10 minutes walk from the historic city center of Desenzano del Garda, 7 minutes’ walk from the lake shore and at only 1 Km from the Railway Station. Our Garda Star is a dream of apartment tastefully furnished with an eclectic style between classic and modern, appealing to different taste. The apartment is made up of 3 comfortable bedrooms: 2 double and one twin, two luxurious bathrooms, a living room large enough to integrate also a dining area, separate kitchen, laundry room, four balconies and an extensive terrace with a splendid lake view. However, “The star of the Lake” offers even more! Air conditioning in every room and living area, barbecue corner, private garage (270x205x6mt) , a swimming pool and Wi-Fi connection. From the entrance hall to the left, there is the sleeping area along the corridor, we find the first double bedroom, on the same side is also located the second bedroom that has the choice of a double bedseparate twin beds. On the opposite side there is the first bathroom, elegantly decorated with shades of blue mosaic and tiles, includes a shower cabin, sanitary-ware and a heated towel rack. The master bedroom is located at the end of the corridor, complete with a double bed a wardrobe and it’s an-suite bathroom finely decorated with mosaic and tiles in different shades of pink and it features also a whirlpool bath- tub complete with a glassed-in shower and a heated towel rack. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have balconywindows facing the lush vegetation.There is a high-quality topper in all double beds. A topper is a bed accessory that provides additional comfort, improves sleep quality and makes the bed even more inviting.Moving into the living area, there is the laundry room complete with cabinets, shelves, ironing board, drying rack and housekeeping items. The living area tastefully furnished with two sofas, coffee table, relaxing leather armchair, flat-screen TV, bookcase and showcases decorated with objects from different parts of the world. There is also an elegant dining corner equipped with a large oval table and chairs, perfect for romantic candlelight dinnersfamily meals. This is not all! These are the strong points, of this magnificent, unusual apartment: the extensive balcony overlooking the swimming pool and garden and even more is the huge terrace that, with open views of the lake, Sirmione peninsula and the picturesque surrounding area, will leave you speechless. The breathtaking panorama is not the only aspect that makes this terrace a jewel, but is also the sense of privacy of the sunbathing area, the barbecue corner and the dining table for six, to enjoy “al fresco” meals in good company. We have not finished yet! The modern designed kitchen features a small balcony and is equipped with table, chairs and everything needed to prepare tasty breakfasts, lunches, dinners and appetizers it comes complete with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, 5-burner stove, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, pots & pans, crockery and cutlery. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel cuddled and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft.Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day.This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200, which can be paid in cash at check-inby credit card.
