Luigi Visconti in the early 1900s took over a small winery and then started his own business in the city center in the 1930s. The area was facing the lake and as it benefited from an extraordinary view he decided to build his own home as well. The ground floor was dedicated to cellars and the production of wine and on the upper floors he realized the dream of living in a beautiful place and creating a large family. The photograph of the 1930s building is visible in the gallery.
The renovation of the building, completed in 2021, also kept the original construction inside as far as possible. There are the stairs in fine marble, the railings with wrought iron decorations, the windows with precious and colored glass and the ceilings of the attic frescoed by artists of the time.

GARDA CHIARETTO (pink apartment)
The apartment is a three-room apartment, it is perfect for couples with children in tow or in any case for a comfortable stay for 4 people. At the entrance we immediately find the open space living room with sofa bed, window with an unmissable view, table and chairs for priceless dinners and aperitifs, induction hob, air conditioning, smart TV with satellite channels and access to all the most popular apps such as netflix, youtube, amazon video, etc.
At the end we find the large and spacious double bedroom with a comfortable King size bed ( 200 cm x 180 cm ), wardrobe, air conditioning, and safe. partly a bathroom with comfortable shower cubicle, and toilet also suitable for disabled people, the bedroom with two single beds (200 cm x 90 cm x 80 cm , one of which is extractable). In both bedrooms there is a high quality Topper on the mattresses. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. All apartments are equipped with Wi-fi, Lan, air conditioning in all rooms , washing machine and dryer, security safe. Parking can be booked on request and is about 300 meters from the property. Excellent and convenient public car parks are located in the immediate vicinity.
A distinctive element of this apartment is the presence of a terrace for private use overlooking the square and the lake, a detail that makes this apartment the only one in the building to have this feature.
