In a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery in the context of a few residential units we find the brand new and recently renovated "GREEN" apartment
- The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming and quiet building, upon entering we are greeted by the living room with large kitchenette, the latest generation induction cooker, the apartment is equipped with all new appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
The environment is very bright thanks to the spacious balcony from which we can enjoy a splendid view of the park and a partial view of the lake. In the living room there is a smart TV connected to the ultra-fast wi-fi network reserved for guests of this structure. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa bed.
- The sleeping area features two bedrooms, one of which is double, the other with a new and comfortable bunk bed. there is a high quality Topper on the mattress of the double bed. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. The air conditioning is present both in the living area and in the sleeping area which will help make your stay cool and comfortable, there is also a closet where we find the safety safe and cleaning utensils.
- The bathroom, complete with a large shower cubicle, toilet and bidet, is comfortable and functional.
- Guests of "GREEN" will be able to benefit from a covered garage (250x206x6mt) inside the structure included in the price. This possibility is certainly a very important option in Desenzano del Garda

Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Check-in time for this apartment is from 15.00 to 19.00, for arrivals after 19.00 and up to 23.30 there is a supplement of euro 50.00.
