The American kitchenette is spacious and is equipped with all comforts (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, fridge, coffee machine with pods, etc.)
The notes area: the first bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds and a wardrobe, in part we find the main bathroom with washer-dryer machine, toilet, sink, bidet and a comfortable maxi-box shower.
The very bright main bedroom with wardrobe is equipped with a private bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and shower cubicle.

The check-in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00. Pets in this apartment are not allowed, the entire apartment is NO SMOKING
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
