The apartment, located on the first floor, welcomes you with a large and bright living room equipped with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a spacious furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor lunches and aperitifs. The panoramic view of the garden and the surrounding mountains will make you realize you are on holiday.
Continuing inside the apartment, you will find the master bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed equipped with a topper. A high quality topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more cozy, your rest will benefit greatly, the wardrobe, the air conditioning (throughout the sleeping area) and access to a private balcony close the description of this fantastic bedroom.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet, sink and bidet while the second bedroom offers a comfortable single bed and an additional wardrobe.
A fourth person is allowed in the apartment and will be able to use the comfortable and spacious sofa bed in the living room. In the apartment there is a washing machine and dishwasher.
For your comfort and entertainment, the apartment is equipped with fiber Wi-Fi and two smart TVs, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. Air conditioning is present in both the living area and the sleeping area.
The community pool includes a shallow water area for children. In front of the residence, you will find a fully equipped playground for the entertainment of the little ones.
As guests you will be entitled to a garage for exclusive use with capacity for two cars.

For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 150, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
