The apartment, located on the second floor served by an elevator, welcomes guests with the living room consisting of a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs and kitchenette equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The living room overlooks the furnished, covered terrace, from which there is a beautiful view of the residence's pool and garden.
The apartment continues with the sleeping area consisting of a queen-size bed and closet. Finally, a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet completes the layout.

Guests are provided with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, and private covered parking (size: 3 x 4.60 m height 2.10 m).

*Guests will pick up the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.
*The residence's swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and palm trees, is seasonal and open from May to September. Opening hours are: 08:00 - 13:00 / 15:00 - 22:00.
*There is also a small playground for children inside the residence.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty little town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia. In Desenzano it is possible to rediscover ancient Roman remains of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th-century castle, stroll along the romantic old port and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: in fact, the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports lovers who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing. This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting corners, starting with nearby Sirmione, surely the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, and then moving on to Salò, with its brand-new promenade, and continuing on to Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

The apartment is a 10-minute drive from Desenzano train station and a 30-minute drive from Verona's Valerio Catullo airport.
