Villa Emilianna is located in the Marche region very close to the town of Fano with breathtaking views over the beautiful rolling hills to the sea in the distance. The former farmhouse has recently been completely renovated and transformed into an elegant holiday home that fits harmoniously into the environment. Terracotta-colored stone floors, wood-beamed ceilings, white walls and natural stone walls combined with a noble country house interior emphasize the elegant and rustic ambiance of the villa. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden and, in addition to a veranda sheltered from the wind, has several terraces furnished with a dining table, lounge furniture, a bistro table and deck chairs. The house extends over 2 floors. The ground floor impresses with its open plan with living area with sofas and fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with comfortable benches and rustic kitchen dining table. A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is the sleeping area with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The offer is completed by a separate dependance where there are 4 other beds.
