Charming apartment a few steps from the Porto Antico of Genoa, in front of the National Gallery of Palazzo Spinazzola.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the ancient Palazzo Pellicceria, included in the list of Rolli. The recent renovation, carried out under the directives of a well-known architect from Genoa, has preserved the characteristics of the time, while providing the property with maximum functionality and comfort in a modern perspective. On the first floor, the building has an equipped gym, a relaxation area and a laundry, which are available to all the residents and guests. On the ground floor there is also a room with bike parking slots and charging stations for electric bicycles.
The entrance opens onto the large living area, furnished with a double sofa bed (160 cm wide), a TV, a small walk-in closet, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle, a mixer and a scale. The sleeping area, which is located on the loft accessible via a staircase from the living room, features a queen-size bed and a relaxation area with a small table and two armchairs. A storage and a bathroom with a shower complete the layout.
