The apartment, located on the first floor of a building accessible by stairs, opens onto the living room that is furnished with a sofa, a pouf and a cabinet with TV. An archway then leads to the independent kitchen with a dining table, which is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a TV, a dresser and a closet. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower.
