The living room opens out onto the beautiful awning-covered terrace,, large dining table, chairs and sun beds, and a wonderful panoramic view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a small utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The living room leads to the sleeping area with one twin bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom and the master bedroom, with access to the terrace overlooking the lake, a separate dressing room and a large bathroom with double sink and large glass shower . A staircase from the living room leads up to a loft with two single beds an ample wardrobe. 100 meters from the flat is the Selva sports center with a large outdoor pool included in price, sun deck and bar, tennis courts (with a fee). The lake with beaches and sailing center is a 2-minute drive down the hill. Just outside the building is parking for guests and owners. For pets an additional cost is required, Euro 20 per week. Pool open from 1st June till 31 August 2024.
