Description

The condominium Rosal is located in front of the sea in the center of Giardini-Naxos, a place famous and privileged, the epicenter of the Sicilian tourist life, regardless of the season. In the building there are two elevators and private parking on request. The top floor of the building, where are located all our apartments, enjoys a splendid view over the bay of Taormina, the medieval village of Castelmola and Mount Etna. On the ground floor of the building there are a pharmacy, a bank, a beauty salon, a perfume shop, a bar. Nearby there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, Internet cafes, the harbor and the bus stop to go to the Airport, Taormina and all other tourist places. The condominium is about 10 meters away from the sea. All central beaches of Giardini-Naxos are located in front of it. The beach with fine sand is available both free of charge or for payment. You can choose between renting sunbeds with umbrella or staying on the sand.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of condominium. The apartment is very beautiful, comfortable, functional, spacious,and full of light. Besides it is very special, it is located on the 5th top floor of the highest seafront condominium of Giardini-naxos, so you can enjoy amazing view over the sea, over the bay of Giardini-naxos, Taormina and the medieval hamlet of Castelmola . Actually, you can enjoy the sea view from each point of the apartment, even from the bathroom. More over, thanks to its special location, the apartment has panoramic view of 270 degrees, so you can also enjoy exciting view of Etna, the first lady of Sicily! The apartment is furnished and completely equipped with all necessary and essential things, consists of living-room with a sleeping zone, bedroom, bathroom (WC, bide, shower), terrace integrated with dining-room an open-plan kitchen, open-air solarium with a barbecue, where you can take a sun enjoying great view of Etna and the sea. The apartment can accomodate from 2 up to 6 persons (available twin bed, 2 single bed and double sofa), so you can stay here with your family or just in couple.
