Enjoying a sunny and tranquil hillside location in the picturesque village of Germasino and just 15 minutes drive from the vibrant resort of Gravedona, this beautiful holiday home enjoys the best of both worlds!

Ideally suited for groups and families of upto 6 this lovely light and bright apartment features a gorgeous living room which enjoys stunning floor to ceiling sliding doors and leads directly out onto a sunny wooden beamed portico style balcony perfect for unwinding with an alfresco lunch or evening aperitif.

A SAT TV and comfortable sofa feature to the living are and a separate fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table provides the ideal place to relax informally and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, before embarking on a day of discovery on the lake! All the desired home from home appliances are provided for guests including a gas hob and oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.

The outside covered terrace provides the perfect sheltered spot for alfresco dining during your stay and for dining out options guests need look no further than the pretty nearby village of Dongo, with its great selection of authentic bars and welcoming ‘Trattorias’ all just a10 minutes drive away.

The sleeping accommodation in the apartment is spacious and flexible with upto 6 guests being able to comfortably stay. The accommodation comprises a spacious master double bedroom, a child friendly second bedroom fitted with a set of modern bunk beds and a single pull out bed and a double size sofa bed which is located to the living room.

A luxury fitted en-suite with bath tub features with the master bedroom and a contemporary fitted family bathroom with power shower is also conveniently situated in the apartment for guest’s use.

The residence provides onsite laundry facilities, residential parking and a fabulous sun terrace to the top of the residence.

A private garage is conveniently provided for guests and the local northern lake attractions are all easily within reach including Dongo, Gravedona, the central lake and the Italian Ski resort of Madesimo, just 58km away!

Local activities include hiking, cycling, sailing, wind surfing, canoeing and day excursions to the central lake golden triangle towns of Menaggio, Varenna and Bellagio also provides a fantastic way to enjoy the lake at guest’s own pace.
