Description

The apartment is on the upper floor of a duplex house in an area with little traffic. The big terrace affords a wonderful view of the lake and has seating furniture and awnings. A roofed parking space is available. There is a garden with a barbecue, a stone table and bench, inviting you to dine outdoors in the shade of kiwi plants. The outdoor area is completely fenced. The owner lives in the house opposite and has a non-heated pool that you can share use of. It is accessed from the grill area through a little gate. Here you can find many shops, restaurants and pizzerias, a post office, a hospital, a kiosk, a tourist office, boat moorings, an indoor pool and a cycling centre. It is worth seeing the famous Palazzo Gallio, a cardinal’s palace from the 15th century. There are cycle paths along the lakeside promenade and you can walk or cycle to the surrounding localities.
