The house is accessible from the parking level, located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019), or via external stairs. The private parking area is accessed from the road above (provincial road) via a short, rather steep ramp. There are a few steps from the lift to the entrance. Turist tax is only applicable for guests over 14 years of age and for the first 10 days of their stay. Any overpayment made at the time of booking will be refunded on the spot. Service charges from 20/10 to 10/4 refer to heating and are additional to the service charges of 6 euros per person/night.
