With its easy access to a covered lake view balcony and a sunny private garden, alongside cosy central heating and an ambient fireplace for wintertime breaks, the retreat offers an inviting setting for year-round stays.

The spacious open plan living and dining room boasts a far reaching lake vista from the room’s large picture window. A restful cream sofa suite is complemented by a flat screen TV, DVD player, whilst the accompanying dining area for 6 offers a delightful setting for enjoying a tasty meal in.

The separate kitchen is perfectly suited for carefree entertaining, with all the must-have appliances featuring within its retro kitsch appeal, including a cooker hob, oven, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

A set of 16 open tread stairs lead to the upper loft-style floor above. Here a couple can enjoy a restful night’s rest to the double bed, whilst a family or group can make the most of the extra single bed.

Alongside this spacious master/ family room, a second double size bedroom and a 3rd child-friendly bedroom with a single bed offers added flexibility for a large family group.

The spacious holiday home is further complemented by a family fitted bathroom with bath tub, wash basin, WC and bidet, alongside a second bathroom fitted with a shower, wash basin, WC and bidet. Private laundry and ironing facilities also feature to this welcoming holiday retreat.

Outside, guests can enjoy soaking up some sun to the pair of easy chairs in the private garden, savour an alfresco feast to the covered private dining terrace or enjoy a short stroll down to the well-serviced Cadenabbia lakeside.

The lovely residence further benefits from a private parking space. Strategically-placed along a secondary road in an elevated spot behind the main Via Statale Regina road, everything you could need for a Central Lake stay is here!

Providing enviable proximity to the local Cadenabbia amenities, the scene is set for daytime holiday bliss and memorable evenings out. Guests can soak up a classic day in the pool or with a scenic sunbathe and chic dining moment at the lakeside Lido, or enjoy a picturesque stroll along the lake to the restaurant-lined Tremezzina shore.

Cadenabbia is also home to an array of local amenities too, including the Car and Passenger Ferry stop. Offering frequent Central Lake crossings, the ferry offers the perfect way to enjoy a timeless day out of sightseeing and exploring the famous resort towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio.
