The open plan room also comprises a newly fitted chic full kitchen with gas oven and hob and the basic modern appliances required for simple and relaxed holiday cooking.

The property comprises flexible and versatile accommodation with a stylish master bedroom boasting space, a contemporary decor and access out onto the lake view balcony which boasts the breathtaking back drop of Bellagio.

Two further bedrooms each providing adult-size twin single beds is ideal for accommodating an additional 4 guests and two modern bathrooms with power showers and a washing machine completes this modern and practical property.

From the property the centre of Cadenabbia can be reached with relative ease on foot, down the ancient passageways to the splendid Victorian era lakefront. Here guests will find convenient amenities including grocery shops, delicatessens, boutique shops, a hairdressers and a paper shop. The boulevard along Tremezzo also features a wide choice of lake view cafes, bars and restaurants and there is a sunny Lido with swimming pools and lake view poolside.

The location couldn’t be more perfect with nearby attractions including Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbiabnello. Hikers can enjoy the mountainous San Martino trail from nearby Griante and other activities include swimming, cycling, sailing, power boat rental, quad biking, tennis and golf.

A wide selection of restaurants can be accessed along the central lake including Tremezzo’s informal Pizzerias, the family-friendly ‘Villa Linda’, the romantic lake front ‘La Darsena’ and the Tremezzo hillside agro-turismo restaurant of ‘La Fagurida’ – all provide unique and wonderful experiences!
A lake bus service operates along the entire western shore and a fast and frequent car and passenger ferry service runs a convenient route to Menaggio, Varenna, Bellagio and to Como city.

From Como city frequent trains run to Milan city and its airports and more cosmopolitan delights await including art galleries, Villa Olmo, the Duomo and popular cafe and boutique-lined Piazzas.
