Located in Gualdo Cattaneo, this is a 2-bedroom farmhouse in an old monumental building in Umbria. You have a large shared garden to linger outdoors and a bubble bath to relax here. The farmhouse is excellent for a family or a group of 5 persons. The stay is set on a panoramic region on a hill, with olive and fruit trees around. You can easily visit the cities of Foligno, Assisi, Spoleto, Perugiaand Rome from here. If you don't feel like cooking, a restaurant is just next to the farmhouse. The town center with supermarkets rests at 2 km. For a pleasant day out, you can be by the lakeside 5 km away. Nightlife pubs are 9 km away. The farmhouse has central heating for comfort. There is a communal garden with a swimming pool, playground and cozy furnishings. The private decked terrace is a great spot to host barbecue evenings with local wine. For recreation, table tennis and table football equipment are present. A children's bed and a high chair are present. Parking is available. Possibility of breakfast/lunch/dinner at the in-house restaurant with typical Italian and local dishes and tasting of our own red wines and olive oil. In summer it is also possible to dine in the garden under the stars.
