Description
The house is located in the district of Santa Maria del Focallo, by the country road that links Pachino to Pozzallo. It is just 30 metres from the sea in a quiet location, ideal for relaxing with a view of the sea.
There are six rooms on the same floor, the slightly raised ground floor. The four bedrooms comprise three double rooms and a room with two single beds. The two further rooms are a large living room with a view of the sea and the kitchen with a gas stove and electric oven. From here you can access the veranda with a wood-burning oven and grill. The two bathrooms have showers. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. The apartment also has a washing machine, a hairdryer and a satellite TV. The sleeping area in the attic, with sloped ceilings, provides enough space for additional guests to sleep.
This accommodation is an apartment on the raised ground floor of the detached house, with an attic. The house is nestled into a pleasant panorama with sea views, surrounded by abundant greenery.
There is also private parking space on site for up to ten cars. An additional sun terrace with a 6 x 4 m standing pool, depth 1.40m, deckchairs and parasols, as well as a warm-water outdoor shower, are for shared use with guests at apartment no. 723639. Three bicycles are available. The house is easily accessible via a paved road. The owners don’t usually live on site, but from time to time they use one of the two apartments. The sandy beach just 100 metres away is free all year round. The surroundings are fairly quiet. The location is ideal for hiking, fishing or surfing, but also for those who would like to explore the baroque treasures in the Valle di Noto, between the provinces of Siracusa and Ragusa. There are plenty of restaurants and pizzerias in the vicinity of the house, as well as a shopping centre and a pharmacy. Right in front of the house there is a stall selling typical products of Modica’s cuisine.
The veranda is enclosed by large windows with sea views. There is also a 50m² terrace, equipped with everything you need to relax: a canopy swing, a hammock and a wicker seating group, tables with benches etc.
